HOKKI V3 Ground Hide

The Hokki V3 Ground Photography Hide is designed for lying prone and shooting at ground or water level. It is a great option in wetlands, on grouse leks, or anytime you want to get an intimate eye-level view from a small unobtrusive blind.   

The Hokki has a large shooting window on the front and each side of the blind creating lots of options for shooting and viewing. Each window can be fully customized like other Tragopan blinds with included lens sleeves and window panes. The blind also has an integrated window awning the protects protruding lenses from rain and hides them from birds passing overhead.

Two screened ventilation ports, one on the rear and one at the ceiling of the main compartment, create air-flow inside the blind to reduce heat and condensation. The interior of the fabric is coated with an opaque isotherm PU coating that reduces the temperature inside of the blind in sunlight and creates total darkness inside the blind to prevent silhouetting when the blind is back-lit. The roof canopy and ground floor are waterproof.

The blind deploys rapidly and uses the same robust hub system as the Tragopan V6 and Monal V3. The Hide has a single door that opens and closes from the inside and outside with quality silent zippers.

This new version of the ground photoblind Hokki has a wider front shooting window, to which this large mesh sleeve which can be adapted.

This hide is made of a waterproof «150D Oxford» polyester, allying lightness with strength.  In addition the roof canopy makes this hide totally waterproof to rain shower and avoids any condensation inside the main compartment. It also reduces the temperature inside when it is exposed to the sun. Two ventilations, one on the rear and one at the top of the main compartment, are present in order to create an air-flow..

The Hokki V3 is build with a waterproof ground floor. It has 3 main square shooting windows, one in the front and one on each side. All the sleeves and shutters used with the Hokki are compatible with the Tragopan V6 and Monal V2, and can be attached with the same clip silent system compatible with: An opaque square sleeve with a small integrated zipped opening in order to use a speed-light or survey what is happening outside. A mesh square sleeve, mesh shutters and opaque shutters zipped to the hide and which the opening can be freely adjusted to the lens. These opaque shutters can be used in addition to the mesh shutter.
